Medicon begins entering the global market with DWAVE, Igniting the K-beauty craze
Seoul, Korea South, 12th Aug 2024 – While K-beauty is in the spotlight among global consumers, “home beauty devices” are becoming the trend after cosmetics. MFU is a technology that upgraded the existing HIFU (High Intensity Focused Ultrasound) to the next level and was developed by Medicon itself, and its effectiveness and performance were demonstrated through two SCI papers as well as patents. The typical feature is that it forms a smaller heat point of one-third of the area compared to HIFU, which is more precise and accurate, and minimizes pain and swelling that occurs during the procedure.
